Important Dates for 2015-2016
Please post these dates near your calendar so they will be handy for you.
The ballet school will be closed on the following days that Rockdale County Schools will be closed. Any other days, including snow days, early release days and teacher work days, the ballet school will NOT be closed. However, if Rockdale County Schools are closed due to inclement weather, the Conyers School of Ballet will also be closed.
August 8, 2015 First Day of Dancing
September 5 & 7, 2015 Labor Day Weekend WE DO NOT DANCE!
October 4 – 11, 2015 Fall Break WE DO NOT DANCE! We dance Saturday, October 3, 2015, and classes resume Monday , October 12, 2015. November 22 – 29, 2015 Thanksgiving Break WE DO NOT DANCE! We dance Saturday, November 21, 2015 and classes resume Monday, November 30, 2015.
December 1, 2015 Recital Deposits Due!
December 20, 2015 – January 3, 2016 Christmas WE DO NOT DANCE! We dance Saturday, December 19, 2015 and classes resume Monday, January 3, 2016.
First class in January Costume Deposits Due!
January 16 & 18, 2016 MLK Holiday WE DO NOT DANCE!
February 14 – 21, 2016 Winter Break WE DO NOT DANCE! We dance Saturday, February 13, 2016 and classes resume Monday, February 22, 2016.
April 3 – 10, 2016 Spring Break WE DO NOT DANCE! We dance Friday, April 2, 2016 and classes resume Monday, April 11, 2016.
